Automatically Collected Data: IP address, browser type, and usage data via cookies to improve website performance.

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:
To provide and manage our reputation management software and services.
To send automated review requests via SMS and email on behalf of our clients.

As a provider of SMS-based review requests, we adhere to strict carrier requirements:
No Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Opt-In Data: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services (e.g., Lead Connector/Twilio).
Opt-Out: Recipients may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
We only disclose personal information to third-party service providers who assist in our operations, such as:
Payment Processors: Stripe (for secure billing).
